It was a great trip with this RV. Everything that the Ad states is corrected. The RV was truly immaculate on the first day of my trip. On return, the owner was also very accommodating on everything, for example late return. Particularly, the owner was very kind and generous to our pet.

We chose this RV due to the two full baths, a nice feature We paid to have the RV delivered to our location to make loading easier. It was delivered late. As the delay was occurring we were advised of it but still late and no extra rental time given or cost reduction. We were advised of some minor issues: loose faucet handle and one slide needed to be overridden to operate it. It turns out the faucet handle broke the first time we used it. Other issues were just nuisance items: oven would not light, window screen would not retract. Nice refrigerator but ice maker does not work as the owner does not want to use water from fresh water tank or campground supply.

First and foremost, there was a minor issue w the faucet from the previous renter and a malfunction with the slide yes ...we have such short turnaround times that We had less than 24 hours to get it to our mechanic who does do regular service and maintenance on a continuous basis especially during this season of such high demand. We contacted this renter and offered a cancellation with full refund he declined. The RV is three years old. While there may have been those two items that needed to be fixed it certainly does not need TLC and the renter was very happy when he received it....The RV was not late, in fact our normal pick up time being 4-5 PM the RV was actually 7 to 8 hours early. We always strive to be as accommodating as possible, a 9 AM arrival is Not typical, merely it was an over arching courtesy. He did not pay extra to have it for the day and our pick up/ delivery times are clearly stated on the website and contract they are likened to hotel check ins and checkouts. The RVs we have are always well-maintained and 99.9% of all of our renters are extremely satisfied and we have many repeat customers... regarding the other claims , it was user error that he didn’t light the pilot on a gas stove and we thoroughly explained that to him..once he lit the pilot the stove worked fine. No one has ever complained about ice cubes and wanting to use water for ice from campground connections or tank water generally speaking, people find dirty..it’s not anything about owners preference. Really a pretty silly comment to leave in general. There is always a wealth of items in the RV and is always well stocked; we definitely went out of our way to drive 30 miles across town to deliver it and to pick it up and we did show the renter how to inspect and use sewer lines including visual inspection down into the tank...the tank did in fact still have matter inside of it upon return. In order to resolve his issue he could’ve simply produced a receipt for dumping. This certainly was an odd renter situation, we have multiple RVs and multiple platforms and our proud to have a 99.9% success rate

Be careful when renting this RV. We were given a very quick walk through to list any damage to the vehicle prior to departure and a very long and detailed walk through upon our return. Make sure you write EVERYTHING down - every dent and scratch. We had numerous extra charges totaling over $5500. We were charged deductibles for a chip in the windshield that happened when a pebble hit it while driving down the highway, another for superficial scratches on the side of the RV due to low hanging branches near one of the campsites (NOTE - there were scratches there before the RV was in our possession and no way of knowing what may have happened from the very small patch of low hanging branches we encountered and another $1500 for a 3 inch dent on the rear of the RV due to backing into a tree (that one was legitimate and we take full responsibility for it). We were charged the cleaning fee although we returned it in better condition than we received it. I had to wash all of the dishes and insides of the cabinets when we received the RV because the dishes were so dirty and sticky. I also had to remove 2 hefty bags full of items on the RV that we did not need and had to make room for our own belongings. There are extra mileage fees and generator fees which we understood, but they add up quickly if you have any plans to actually see some of the country. Just be well aware of all of the extra charges that you could incur before renting this RV. The amount they charged us for our camping trip could have got us a 7 day vacation at an all-inclusive 5 star resort instead.

We give all of our guests 1.5-2 hours of training which includes a walk around and inspection and Mr. fester was no exception. In fact he took several phone calls from his wife encouraging him to hurry up. We always make sure that our guests are 100 hundred percent comfortable before they leave and we encourage them to walk around and also point out anything they may find. The damage that was done during the rental is subject to insurance claims and a deductible determined not by the owners but from the insurance company. It was unfortunate that Mr. fester backed into a tree and also cracked the windshield and other minor issues but those were pointed out to us and all signed off on and the return form. Mr. fester also suggested that they wanted to use all of their own pots, pans, dishes etc. All guests come to expect and have appreciated the amenities that we have on board including a few games for children and a first aid kit. All of those items were disposed of into a trash bag for his trip, stating that they would not use anything that did not belong to them. The kitchen items and other essentials were later returned in trash bags. Mileage and overages related to long-distance trips are something that are always clear, upfront and written in the contract and again never in question. Unfortunately, it is only the people who

Absolutely LOVED this RV...it was very spacious (even with my Great Dane), easy to drive, and had all the amenities I needed. Jamie and Patrick were great to work with, very professional, helpful and accommodating. I definitely plan to rent from them again!
