My first time renting an RV, and I am so incredibly glad it was from Pankaj.

The RV was great, as described. There were some minor damages but nothing that was a problem for us. We were first time RV renters, so this was a good size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 10-12). I think 6 ppl would be too tight or if you had 2 teens, it might be too tight as one of the beds is the dinette that turns into a bed. Loved the convenience of having a comfortable bed, A/C, refrigeration, and running water while camping :). We went camping with friends who had RV/camper experience that helped us get oriented with emptying tanks, filling water, etc. Highly recommend doing that if possible. Driving: it's like driving a truck, which can be nerve-wracking on windy/hilly country roads. Try to take a route that is smooth/straight, if possible.
The experience renting from host was good, but there are some suggestions I would make. The good: very responsive with communicating, prompt with meeting times at drop off and pick up, good orientation during pick up, honest about what was damaged during pick up. Areas to improve: make sure the listing matches the actual pickup location and miles included; only communicate using Outdoorsy messaging; do not offer "deals" that are not already in the listing. If you offer changes to the listing, it makes renters nervous. Suggest making the listing accurate and honoring it rather than offering changes. I also think it would be nice if a more thorough orientation for newbies was offered for free rather than offering it at additional charge.
That said, we would consider renting again from this host. Thank you for sharing the RV with us, we had a great trip.

We had the RV delivered to our airshow and balloon festival where we had to work from 5:45 a.m. until after dark so we would have a place to stay for the entire weekend. Pankaj was a pleasure to work with and his RV was perfect for our needs.

Pankaj was an absolutely AMAZING host. When our original booking was abruptly cancelled by the owner after the previous renters damaged it, we were left to scramble for an alternative. His RV was closer to home, had the same amenities, and he was incredibly easy to communicate with and get a hold of. The vehicle was perfect for our needs ( moved our daughter down to college so filled it with her dorm items and stayed on campus while we got her settled). Much cheaper than hotels and renting something to haul her stuff so win win. Pankaj was up front about everything that was “ imperfect “ about the vehicle and quick to answer any questions with lightening speed. Overall he was a life saver in a tough spot and a pleasure to work with.

Great experience with the owner, he was a great guy to work with and was always most worried we were enjoing the trip. We had a mishap of our own fault and damaged the awning. Pankaj never was concerned about the damage, always more caring about our safety and not letting it ruin our trip. The RV worked without issue and I would recommend the vehicle and Pankaj 100% to work with and use in the future!
