The whole transaction - from the payment to pickup and drop off went off with no issues. Brent was incredibly helpful and walked us through everything upon pickup. This light and little (relative to some of the monsters out there) trailer is almost perfect for a couple. It tows really easily, has everything you need for hookup or dry camping, and even has pots, dishes and some cutlery. You may wish to supplement the kitchen supplies with some good cutting knives, mixing/salad bowls, and a larger pot. Brent was great to deal with. I recommend this trailer.
