Empty weight is 13,610 lbs, so you will need a heavy-duty truck with a fifth wheel or gooseneck ball and round 7 pin plug-in to tow this RV. In almost brand-new condition. Bathroom with toilet, residential 30x48” shower, residential fridge/freezer, residential microwave, flatscreen TV with DVD player, washer/dryer combo. Outdoor shower. Two power awnings with outdoor speakers. Outdoor kitchen. Tons of under storage space for all your adventure gear.
What's included
Your rental comes with all the basic necessities free of charge: 1 full 30 lbs propane tank, Pots/Pans, cooking utensils, roasting sticks, 2 camping chairs and small outdoor table, Disposable plates/plastic dinnerware, and cups, Misc. family DVDs, Large outdoor area rug, 3 rolls of toilet paper, and basic toiletries.
Recommendations
If reserving a camp spot, request a 40’ length and the highest voltage for maximum comfort.
Other things to note
Delivery and setup is available for an extra fee.
Pick up and drop off times are set for 3 pm, but we are open to early pick-ups/late drop off as long as there is not a scheduling conflict with full-time job.
-There is a $75 sewer dump fee if not cleaned out. Waived if empty.
-Please No smoking and No Pets! Good way to lose your deposit. I use this for family trips so please respect that.
