Guests love it for first-timers

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, January 2026):
> My daughter and I rent a van every year and this was one of our best experiences yet. From start to finish everything was simple and straight forward. Van was clean and offered all the items we needed to make our weekend a great success! We had a wonderful weekend away from all the noise, and we’ll definitely book this one again next year.

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Responsive, friendly, and helpful team: Guests consistently praise Jose and his team for their quick responses, excellent communication, and willingness to assist, including an airport pick-up service. They also quickly refunded for a damaged canopy cover.
- Drives well, easy to maneuver: The van is lauded for its smooth driving, cold AC, and ease of parking, fitting in smaller spots. It is often well-stocked, but one review noted issues with the water system, underinflated tires, an unsecured table, and a difficult bed mechanism.
