Brand New 2020 Keystone Springdale 303BH(2 separate bedrooms with actual doors not curtains)

Stationary rental - We have on site already set up and you need to bring close to nothing- Bring clothes,Food,Drinks,Hygiene personal items and your set. We are set up at family friendly location with Restrictions * Make contact with RV owener prior to reservation.

What’s included?

Fresh linens,All bedding (with Mattress and pillow covers under all bedding) Camping chairs,Table,Hammock, 2 Decks and Canopy on deck - Bug zapper if needed- Outside fridge for convenience, swimming. A few other extras that are a out of pocket extra cost that would be paid directly to the Property Management * Again talk with RV owners in advance prior to rental *

Other things to note

we are set up at a special location that requires us to get permission from property management prior to having any guests. We have paid ALOT for a seasonal site with full hookups and we don't want to chance a guest of our having us thrown out of the RV Resort and loosing thousands of dollars we just paid. Please be mindful the RV sites around you are as well seasonal and they paid alot and they will definitely report ANY problems that come up with Rude or noisy guests that show up. Please be respectful and mindful of others around you. We Definitely will not tolerate guests using the RV without being respectful of the few rules we have - NO SMOKING- THIS MEANS NOT NEAR ANY OPEN DOORS OR WINDOWS. NO ANIMALS UNLESS YOU ASK FIRST AND PAY A FEE OF $100 PER ANIMAL.
