We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids. It was our first trip in an RV. The booking process was very smooth. The RV worked well and met our expectations. Mike was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend this service and would use it again in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Martin and Mike. It was our first RV trip and Mike spent a lot of time going over everything in detail.. We had no issues with the RV and will definitely choose them again in the future. The security deposit was also released on time.. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely excellent experience. Vehicle was well maintained, clean, and explained throughly. Plenty of power and stable handling on hills, easy to drive, and reliable.

It was our first time renting (and driving) an RV. We had a wonderful experience with Martin at Live2RV.

Sun canopy was wripped by previous renter so we camped without sun canopy In Santa Barbara. Even though the owner repeatedly said there will be no late return since the missing canopy makes RV not in perfect shape, he charged 100 dollars for late return. Water pump failed and he claimed we left noisy pump on until it burned out, charged 300 for that. Pump made such a strange gagging noise that we had to turn off everytime after we used water. Owner claims we left the it on until burned out. Total rent costed 1500 dollars. Additional insurance added 500 more dollars. So 2000 dollars for 5 days trip and unpleasant interactions with the owner, I don't see the rental was worth it after all. Previous rentals with other owners were way easier to deal with and straight forward.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. We are 100% committed to working with our customers and to deliver world class service each and every time. The RV came back with the water pump switch ON ( there are 2 water switches in the RV ) and empty tank of fresh water. Leaving the pump hum in ON position while driving from Santa Barbara will burn it up. We had you scheduled to return the RV at 1 pm then agreed to 4 PM ( at NO additional charge ) then without further notice the RV returned at 9 PM on Memorial Day resulting in a $100 charge. Our storage closes at 6 Pm so this was quite a surprise for us. Total amount of your booking for a 6 day reservation was $1734 usd which is a great price for a 2018 Mercedes RV with slide outs and 16 PMG. We offered to refund you 100% of additional charges however you asked us for an amount much higher than what was charged. As a small business owner only able not able to refund more than what was charged. Please do let us know if there is anything else we can do to further help.

Tom and Martin were great to deal with and the RV was perfect for our trip. Incurred some very minor damage (my fault) and the way they handled it couldn't have been any better. True professionals. I would say that sleeping 6 unless 4 of them were children could be very cramped but we were a family of four so it was perfect. They have plenty of experience maintaining RVs and are handy guys. Diesel motor was great.

Martin and Tomas were great to work with. Good communication throughout the whole process. RV pickup and review process was excellent and very thorough which was perfect for us as this was our first time using an RV. The Mercedes RV itself was perfect. Drove smooth and slept everyone extremely comfortably. Food stayed nice and cold in the fridge/cooler. Plenty of storage for all our belongings. Slide out added a good amount of extra room once we arrived at our destination. Generator also came in handy when our power source was temporarily interrupted. Canopy provided much needed cover from the Nevada sun. Our camp site ended up being the "go-to spot" for our group and is where we cooked, ate and prepared for our daily activities. The trip was a great success largely in part because we had this RV. A++
