This is a class C that is very easy to drive and park. It sleeps 6 people and has many storage compartments It is fully self contained with a built in generator. Before each rental I clean, disinfect and run a commercial Ozone generator to sterilize the entire interior of the RV.
What's includedCoffee machine with coffee and filters, hot water kettle, 2 pans, spatula, ladle, slotted spoon, knife, cutting board, bottle opener, dish rack, saran wrap, aluminum foil, salt, pepper, paper plates, plastic utensils and all basic cleaning supplies and RV toilet paper included.I also offer free parking for one vehicle.(Bedding is not included)... It can be added as an add-on, or you are more than welcome to bring your own pillows, blankets or sleeping bags. RecommendationsOrientation video that I made for this RV

Return time is 11AM on the return date, after 11AM there is a $15 hourly charge.Black and Gray water tanks need to be empty or there will be a $65 charge added.Gas tank and propane tank need to be full on return. I don't gouge or charge any service fees, I only charge the price that I pay at the pump if they are not returned full.If you return early there will be no refund of the unused days so please make sure you plan ahead.Pets are welcome, however if hair is found there will be a $50 to $100 cleaning fee added.This vehicle is approved for Burning Man. The rate is higher with a 9 night minimum. Once the minimum 9 nights have been met any additional days needed will be charged at a regular nightly rate. No cleaning is required when you return.
Drivers must be Verified through Outdoorsy before departure. Valid Drivers License is required and the driver must be at least 25 years of age. No Towing, however I will allow a bike rack or a cargo carrier. No Smoking in the RV or travel into Mexico.Dimensions:

We have many hobbies, such as traveling, camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking and any activity that involves being outdoors. Tony was the perfect host. He was communicative, organized, helpful, responsive, and as a result we had a problem free 9 day camping trip. The RV worked well and was well stocked with cleaning supplies and cooking gear. Highly recommend Tony and his RVs!

Tony was fantastic, His instruction on YouTube and in person made me confident in renting his RV. We spent a week at Sly Park Hilltop campground outside Placerville boondocking "no water or electrical hookups" and had no trouble maintaining the batteries or with propane and water usage. The refrigerator ad freezer stayed cold the entire trip and sleeping in the RV was comfortable for my wife and teenage kids.

Tony was the best owner to deal with. He was so helpful and seemed genuinely determined that we have a great time with his motorhome. We had never rented one before, but had camped a lot years ago. It was so nice to have air conditioning, a bed and a bathroom while camping at the same time. The youtube video Tony prepared is a great way to learn about how easy to hook-up the motorhome at the campsite for all the comforts you need. We will definitely rent from him again!

My 4 day trip was a blast. The RV was great for my family of 4. Our sons (9&12) slept comfortably in the over cab bed. We were dry camping the whole time (no hookups) and with conservative use, the RV had the water and tank sizes to sustain us the whole time. The additional solar panels were a great way to save generator gas while keeping the battery totally full. Tony was very clear with his instructions (watching his video walkthrough BEFORE picking up the RV was a great added service). The trip was smooth from pickup to drop off with no nickel and diming over generator hours or extra fees. The previous shining reviews are correct, Tony and his RV's are great. Thanks Tony!
