ZAYA AND GABE ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. THE MERCEDES BENZ WINNEBAGO ERA IS EQUIPED WITH VARIOUS SAFETY AND COMFORT ADDITIONS THAT ALLOW FOR A SAFE AND FUN TRIP WHILE DRIVING IN MANY DIFFERENT WEATHER CONDITIONS (snow, heavy rain, heavy wind = no problem)!

First time RVer and if we didn't know something Zaya was just a phone call away and very helpful. Wonderful trip

The RV was as advertised and was fully functional. We had a great trip and encountered no problems. Zaya was very professional and easy to interact with -- she was very quick to anwser questions, provided a great orientation on the RV's features and how to use the various equipment and was flexible on issues such as pick-up times. Overall, a smooth experience.

We had an awesome time in the luxurious Sprinter! The bucket seats (which fully pivot) and queen bed were very comfortable. We couldn’t believe how well we slept. The van handles great, even climbing a mountain road. We visited the Smoky Mountains and wouldn’t pick any other way of getting there or camping.

This was our first RV experience and it was truly fantastic. My wife and I plan to retire next year and our grown kids are spread all across the continental US, so we thought that maybe the RV life would be a way to explore as many National and State parks while travelling to visit friends & family. David & Zaya's Class B RV was a perfect fit for us. We spent 6 days hiking various mountains and gorges along the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mtn ranges of western Virginia and the fall colors did NOT disappoint! We boondocked every night and prepared all our meals in the RV to get a better feel for all this RV had to offer. For us, it was a perfect fit. The Sprinter was very easy to drive through the mountain switchbacks and remote forest roads. We had absolutely no trouble adapting to this RV and the RV life without RV campsites. David and Zaya are really nice and friendly people and they have maintained a really nice RV. We'll be back to rent from them again.
