We provide you with linens, hand-towels and even coffee pods for the first morning. This beautiful, nicely decorated 2022 camper has it all! My camper comfortably sleeps 4 adults queen bed and set of full- bunk beds. Smart TV and great indoor/ outdoor Bluetooth audio system Kitchen has a 3 burner gas-stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Drink and tableware and your essential pots/ pans and utensils. including toaster and a Kurig coffee maker. For those warm summer days, you can sleep comfortably with efficient A/C and cooler night, heater and a electric fireplace will keep you toasty. Bathroom with step-in shower. ( Ask me if you want me to set up the outdoor shower for you. A 16' power LED awning with outdoor speakers.. where you can relax and enjoy beautiful evening- We will provide 4 chairs, foldable table and outdoor carpet and if you wish to grill out- you can reserve a infrared Charbroil grill ( extra charge) . If you have a special event to celebrate, let me know and we can discuss your plans!
There is no need for you to tow the camper, we provide TWO options.
• We deliver the camper to your reserved camping spot within 50 miles of my home.

• Come and stay on our property at a lower per night rate. We are located 25 min of Townsend and the Great Smoky Mountains. and 20 min to downtown Maryville and 30 min to the airport.
We are a dog friendly camper but do ask you to crate your pet if you are gone during the day. There are also excellent local doggy daycares, even you dog can have a vacation! Every single thing was perfect from the communication to the extra touches and amenities. The camper was set up, cooled, and ready to go when we got there. The camper was immaculate and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We would 100% recommend this RV and Lena!

This travel trailer is so beautiful and Lena is very thoughtful with beautful touches to really make it feel like your in a classy hotel room. She delivered it for us and even had all hoses and electric hooked up in advance and the fridge was even cold when we got there.
She even rolled out the rug and had Adirondack chairs set up and the gas grill too. Top notch service! 😉

The camper is absolutely what we needed! The bed was super comfy, everything was very clean. They definitely pay attention to the finer details and everything we could think of was provided plus some. I highly recommend! Communication was wonderful. Camper was wonderful. I’d give more stars if I could.
