2020 Jayco Jayflight 224BH travel trailer. Less than a year old. This coach is also the Baja edition which has 16' Goodyear tires and a flipped axle for higher wheel travel. It is also the Rocky Mountain edition which offers larger propane (two 30 gal propane tanks) and larger fresh water capacity (84 gallons). Beautiful inside and out. Inside sleeping arrangement includes main queen beed, two full bunkbeds and fold out dinette. Can sleep 7 adults comfortably. Large shower. Includes full hookups capability as well as cable hookup for certain campgrounds that offer that amenity. Includes out door shower as well as outdoor sink/stove and refrigerator. Also has outdoor capability for TV hookup. Outdoor speakers mounted to awning. Awning is also electric. 4 burner stove inside. Refrigerator/freezer inside. Comes fully stocked with basic cookware, plates, cups and utensils. Two deep cycle marine batteries so you never worry about power issues. Power jack for leveling. Storage under both queen and bunkbed. Powerful AC with inside unit thermostat. Electric water heater makes for easy hot water when connected to shore power or generator. Electric awning and LED outside light. Has capability of gas water heater or electric. Great for family vacations. Due to covid, Linen is renters responsibility. Anthony was super friendly, informative, and accommodating to pick up and delivery times, offering an extra day due to conflicting return schedules! Impeccable customer service! His trailer was just as the post says. Everything you could think of needing that you might have forgotten to bring, he had available if necessary. I will without a doubt request Anthony’s trailer again. Thank you Anthony.

First time ever renting and Anthony and Howard were super nice and thorough showing us how to handle everything. We had some questions after he left and they were always available for me. Overall, they were patient, informative and extremely helpful. Honestly, you can’t get better customer service than this! If I could give more stars, I would.
