Checkout was nice and smooth. Issue with the fridge not working but it was CLEARLY communicated to us with time for us to find a new rental if it was going to be an issue. Very much appreciated that. Return went smoothly as well. It rained for most of our trip so we spent plenty of time inside the RV...so we REALLY used it. :-) We also had temps from 85 down to 40 and it stayed comfortable inside the entire time.

Delivery and pick-up were fine. But...multiple issues with this RV. Fresh water connection hose does not stay connected requiring use of tank. Toilet bowl flush valve doesn't seal (causing strong odors). Also, toilet valve leaks and toilet seat slides around (insecure). Water/sewer tank monitoring system gives erroneous readings. Fridge, microwave, drawers, ceiling vents, and cupboards were all dirty (spider webs in bathroom cabinets and vent screens loaded with dead bugs). Linens stunk...bring your own. Cab A/C blower inoperable so owner set up portable fans. Shower door won't stay on track...owner secured with pipe insulation. Many external compartments don't lock and there was standing water in the rear compartment. RV levelers cracked and chipped. Electric power cord repaired with electrical tape. Lots of deferred maintenance.

Thank you for the review. We apologize that the RV had some issues, but we would have loved to have the opportunity to discuss when you returned the RV. As you can tell from our previous reviews over the last 3 years, this was definitely not in line with our customers' experiences, and we do not want it to be. After a very busy season, the RV has been on hiatus for the past several weeks so that these issues could be addressed. It continues to be difficult to obtains parts and service due to increased volumes of RV purchases and rental since Covid, but the unit has had a thorough cleaning and all repairs have now been completed.

Loved our trip to Devils Lake in the RV. Definitely more comfortable than the old pop-up we used to use. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Having your own bathroom to use when needed definitely a plus. RV was spotless on pickup and owner was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

RV was very clean when we picked it up (even with a few nice surprises - items to make smores in the refrigerator, hot chocolate and mug, plenty of cleaning supplies, and travel hand sanitizer). Being new to the RV world, we got a thorough tour & mini crash course. There was a few unexpected issues (no fault of the owners) and they were extremely quick to respond and problem solve solutions.

Great way to vacation and great way to reconnect with our older kids. Julie was a great communicator. RV was comfortable. Easy to drive and set up at camp sites. We would definitely recommend.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this RV. I was easily able to hook up a car seat for our youngest and the other two enjoyed the views. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Cant wait to rent again!

Perfect RV for our last minute family camping trip. RV was beautiful and clean. Being our first road trip with an RV, we were a little nervous. Owners took the time to answer our questions and showed us everything we needed to know. Can't wait to rent again!

This is an amazing RV and family. John and Julie were great-- very helpful, accommodating and responsive to us. We had a great trip and the RV was everything that was promised and more. We received several compliments on the look of the RV and had other campers come up and ask to see the inside and amenities. Everything was in great shape and worked in the RV. John and Julie left detailed instructions in case questions arose with mechanics or the operation of the RV. I would give John and Julie and this RV my highest recommendation.

John and Julie have a very nice RV, and they had it stocked perfectly for our camping trip which made it super easy, like having the outdoor rug, 2 chairs, broom, and all the kitchen supplies was a really nice touch.

This was my wife’s and my first ever RV trip and it did not disappoint. John was a great communicator before and during the rental, and the RV experience was positive, so much so we are considering buying our own. In the meantime, I would definitely consider renting from John again and recommend others do the same.

The trailer was clean and everything worked as it should. Once we got to our location and realized we had more trailer then needed it was a bit pricey but overall worth it.
John, and I believe his wife, were very nice. They explained everything we needed to know and were very responsive when we had questions.

Recently rented this unit for a trip to South Dakota. John was super helpful in the beginning stages of booking, as well as going through a through onboarding when we picked up the vehicle. Was able to text with any questions we had. It easily slept two adults and three children. Very easy to drive, even in snow. Yes, snow in May. TONS of space underneath for anything you need. Would highly recommend.
