Our 2022 Thor Motor Coach A.C.E. is perfect for larger family outings or group trips through out the year! Our ACE will make your next Guys Trip, Girls Trip, Spring Break, Summer Break, Ski venture or a weekend getaway that’s extra special. Our RV is equipped with everything you need to travel and camp in style. Our RV has room for 6-7 adults to sleep comfortably. Full shower including outdoor shower, Automated Awning with LED lighting, Full kitchen and all the extras you expect. Kick back under the awning, roast some s’mores and be present in the memories you are creating with friends and family.What's included*Due to prior renters and issues, you must provide proof that you have driven a Class A or C this large in the past. If you think this rig may be too big for you, please find a smaller RV to rent. No exceptions!
*First 150 miles/day are free, thereafter $0.35 for each additional mile over 150.
*Mandatory CLEANING FEE of $150 will be changed (this is a top to bottom and front to back disinfectant cleaning of all spaces and areas, be rest assured!)
*Grey and Black tanks need to be dumped prior to return - don't feel comfortable doing that? (it can be a messy job) Let us do the dirty work - $25 dumping fee would apply.
*Don’t want to worry about the hassle of making sure the propane tank is full, let us refill it for you and save you the time trying to locate a RV propane location - $40 propane fee would apply.
*$2500 refundable damage deposit (Must be over 25 years old to rent)Please let us know if you have any requests or concerns prior to departure. Allow at least 1 hour for pick-up to go over the RVs interior and check-list. Pick up by 3:00 PM (we can work with your schedule if this needs to be changed) and Drop off before 11:00 AM (again more than willing to accommodate your needs), just communicate with us.What’s included?Here’s what’s includes:

*Absolutely NO CLIMBING ON THE ROOF and please take care with your kids on the bunk beds. and over head sleeping quarters. (ladders are provided)
* For the sake of future renters and our family, NO COOKING bacon or greasy foods inside the RV. If greasy food is present upon return, 150.00 additional cleaning fee will apply.
*No Towing Allowed (unless approved by owner beforehand)Thanks so much for respecting our rules and treating our RV with the care and love it deserves!
