If you are looking to take your family on a great adventure our beautiful 2020 28ft Tiffin Wayfarer is perfect for you! She has a push button generator, separate shower and bathroom. Master bed and the bed above driver seats are both queen and both have privacy curtains Sofa/dining table turn into a bed perfect for children. There is a tv/DVD player. Windows have nice blackout shades so sleeping in is great. The kitchen has a nice fridge and freezer, microwave and stove. There is closets around the master bed and lots of cabinet space, very large storage space in the back of the RV for all your camping gear. We provide a full check up on the rig, fluids and tires every 90 days which should make you feel confident to go anywhere. She also has the capability to tow any of your fun toys such as ATV, Razor, etc.. pull up to 5,000lbs. There is NO slide-out
What's included
Fresh linens, 2-outdoor rug, cookware and kitchenware and canopy. We also provide a Keurig machine with coffee/hot cocoa and creamers. We have more to offer you for your camping needs just ask and we may be able to add it to the RV.
Recommendations
You can take it to any campground, dry or full service.

*3-night minimum
*If you would like to rent out this RV please reserve at least 48hrs before booking dates
*We need a full 48hrs between each rental to be able to get the RV ready for the next renters.
* Please let me know how many people are going on the trip so I can prep the RV accordingly.
*No smoking inside RV
*hypo-allergenic dogs are welcomed at no fee. There will be an additional fee of $100 per Non hypo-allergenic dog. NO pets on beds/furniture. Any addtional damage and/or excessive pet hair caused by pet will be taken from the deposit.
*Fill up gas tank or there will be a refuel charge $50 on top of price to fill (if not returned full).
*Dump black and grey water/dump charge $100 (if not dumped and cleaned out)
*Do not put anything down toilet except the toilet paper provided.
*Propane refill fee $50 on top of price to fill (if not filled up)
*Generator to be used no more then 6hrs per day any more then that there will be an additional charge.
*There is a $75 additional fee for Prep/Sanitize fee, $150 if it comes back dirty.
We can adjust pickup/drop off times
We do allow pickup the night before after 6pm so you can get the rv ready to go for your trip the next day. Anytime before 6pm we will charge for another day. Please let us know before your rental date.
