The facilities are kept clean, and the raised flower beds are pretty. There is a large recreation hall available for rent if you are planning a large gathering. The campground is conveniently located and easy to find. It is outside the city, which is part of what makes it a quiet, pleasant spot, but not so far away you can't reach all the amenities of Elkhart. There are plenty of treed pull-through sites and the wi-fi works well.
