Thomas was punctual, helpful, and friendly. Drop off and pickup were a breeze. The trailer was beautiful and clean. Thomas answered all of my questions and was easy to work with. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 6yo and 4yo twins) and it fit our family perfectly, with room to spare. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I read a lot of them as this was our first camping trip with our girls, so felt the need to share to help anyone else looking. I would say the only minor thing was the main mattress was not very comfortable, but we just threw some egg crates on and it was perfect. Would absolutely rent this trailer again.

My camper was in for service and because of the pandemic the parts were on back order. I contacted the renter several weeks in advance to make them aware of the situation.
They agreed to wait and see if it would be back in time. I did the cancelation so they would receive a full refund and be able to use the concierge service Outdoorsy offers.

This was our first time renting with Outdoorsy and I am SOLD! Tom made this whole experience easy from start to finish. The RV was pristine and was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Couldn’t recommend Tom and his camper enough 😁
