Our host was very helpful getting us set up in our driveway for a successful thanksgiving stay for guests. The vehicle was well appointed with everything needed for their stay.

Trung is very helpful to help us install the connector, test drive with us to make sure it is working. However, the RV condition is not as expected, not clean (a lot of spider net inside it), smelly, AC not working, black water not cleared before us, but cleared by Trung and me together.

Kyle is awesome! He is nice and patient, went through everything for me, a first timer. He is also encouraging, I’m happy that this is the first trailer I rent. The RV is perfect for a small family, many handy tools are available, very friendly to first time haulers like me.

We had a very good experience with Trung and Chris, very easy to communicate, very thorough about the trailer, and super prompt to address concerns and support during my trip. Trailer is great value and man that slide out is a game changer. If have to list something that could be improved upon, is that a thorough wipe down before renter get the trailer. It is not bothering me and it is def on par with some other trailers I have seen, just something to further improve the experience. All in all, highly recommended and wont hesitant to rent from Trung and Chris again.

This Winnebago is a tank. Well insulated, high ground clearence. Weight distribution and anti sway equipped. Trung's main concern is you have a great RV trip. He'll throughly instruct how to properly hitch, operate all functions of the trailer. He also gave an extra day rental free so no to hurry the trip. Plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower, good bed.Just a great rental experience. This trailer is a beast.

We had a great experience taking our first trip to the Grand Canyon and back over the course of seven days. RV is in great condition and comfortable. The reservation and booking process was also seamless. Great way to get out!! Enjoy.

The Owner was very good and down to earth, as a first time RV driver we were a bit nervous about renting and all the nitty natty details around the mechanics of the break and hooks. The Owner spent very good amount of time explaining everything and helping us with hooking the RV to our car. He even gave us some accessories part to hookup that we missed. the RV itself was very clean, neat and well kept. The owners had all the sanitary supplies stocked( including clorox, soap, dish soap, toilet tissues, gloves). We had a comfortable stay in the RV and had a memory created during the covid time.

We had a great experience renting from Trung Nguyen. The trailer was in a perfect shape, owner lent us his advanced hitch system, helped to attach it properly and gave all instructions to make sure we had a smooth ride. We had no problems towing the trailer with our 5000lb SUV, it was barely noticeable while I was driving it.
