After taking a trip to Alaska, I became fascinated with the lifestyle there and how people made homes, especially in the summer months. I saw homes made out of everything from buses, tents, yurts, tiny homes and RVs. Living there is simple, no extra bells and whistles needed when you're in a place as stunning as that.
So once I returned, the hunt for my own travel abode began. I came across a vintage teardrop camper and was immediately hooked. She was dubbed Hitch and with the help of some family and friends, I spent the next year gutting and remodeling the tiny space. The result: a thoughtfully made space with no detail overlooked.

Emma was so great and responsive. Her scamp is stocked with dishes and bed accommodations! Started out trip with steady rain while driving and throughout the first night. There was a very small amount of water that got into the bench side of the scamp. We communicated with Emma and she was very responsive and we had a great rest of our trip!

We had a great weekend in the Scamp. Emma was great to work with and responded promptly to questions I had. She also included a small heater that kept the camper warm and comfortable at night. We would rent again!

Scamp was great! Whole family loved it, all 4 of us. Emma was super easy to work with, and very helpful. We’ll definitely look at renting this again!

We had an epic trip with this adorable trailer, and owner Emma was very communicative and helpful along the way. Having never towed before we had a lot of questions. One answer is yes - a Subaru Outback can do it! Another answer is yes - three of us fit! And yes - we would do it again!

Emma was excellent to communicate with throughout the entire experience. The camper was tiny, but well maintained. We were cozy the entire time. The interior was very clean and you could tell that she had just remodeled it. I would rent it again! Thanks Emma!
