The process was easy in renting the camper but there was a problem with the camper itself after the 2nd day. I couldn’t use the camper for 2 of the days I had it. The main fuse box kept blowing on the 3rd out of 6 days. We turned everything off and just turned on kitchen lights to see if it would work and nothing. The main center fuse kept tripping. We had to get a hotel roof because I have sleep apnea. Plus we were sharing the camper with other family members. I called the help line but recording said closed? I left voicemail but have not received a call back. We should get some kind of reimbursement since the camper was useless. The people were very friendly and helpful starting from reservation to delivery. I would go through them again but think we should have some kind of refund for inconvenience.
