I have rented for many years and will continue to do so. I have had some breakdowns (1 wheel bearing and 1 exterior door) but Root's RV was there to help and go above and beyond. It is nice to know if I have trouble, I have good support. See you next year!!!

The xtra Refrig/Freezer in the outside kitchen was so nice to have & the RV was very roomy & had lots of storage area, which was great. The only complaints I have was that the queen bed in the bedroom was sooo hard that I couldn't get much sleep because it was so uncomfortable. Definitely needs some foam in it. Also, there was no TV in the whole camper. It was OK because the weather was nice enough to be out all the time but if we would have had any rainy days, it would have been needed. Other than those two things it was great.

So for starters the Camper I booked in February was Not the Delivered, they sold it and told me 2 days before my event. The Camper was delivered ahead of my arrival like last year, but when I went to use shower the fresh tank was not filled. I filled tank then proceeded to take cold shower, while showering the water was not draining. I checked tank levels and found the grey was full and the black was 2/3 full. Who delivers a rental like that? Couldn’t use the steps for bathroom door because bottom was broken. When my other guest went to convert dining to bed the cushions along back wall and the wall had mold on it. I attempted to contact Roots RV but my service was like none in our location. So I contacted them soon as I could after event (memorial weekend) while they were closed anyway. I had issue with a camper of theirs last year but they took care of me so thought I give another try. Well I gave my complaints on the issues I had where I had tanks emptied and cleaned up the camper from the mud. Guess I’m a problem and there was mud in the carpet which I’m sure there was but it doesn’t cost $350 to shampoo the small bit it front of couch and dining table. So they’re keeping my deposit and said they will not rent to me in the future which is fine because I wasn’t going to and let my colleagues know about my experience with this company not only once but twice.
