Dean and I love to go Camping. One of our many favorite places to visit is the beach. We love the relaxing sounds of the waves and the wonderful smell of the ocean air. The cool weather along with some sunshine is always inviting to us.
Our dog Grace goes everywhere with us be it ocean, mountain, Yellowstone, and Lake Havasu. We are the 3 amigos
Take our 2018 Keystone Hideout 24Bhswe. The opportunity to own a travel trailer is a blessing for us, a dream come true. We would like to share our blessing with you as you travel with your family and/or friends to make lasting memories. We are centrally located in California. About a 2 hour drive from many places to see. We have a brand new Queen mattress, 2 bunk beds with fans attached inside, and a dinette that’s makes into a double bed. It has an outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator and 2 burners. The stereo/tv/cd player comes with a sound bar, subwoofer, and Bluetooth. Also check out enhance your trip for other add-ons to rent. For your 4 legged family member, we will have a dog snack (2 per day).
As this is a travel trailer, you must have a 7 way round trailer plug, and a receiver style hitch. Hitch will be provided if necessary. It’s Gvwr 7,720. Total Length 28.4
* Generator is included yet you are responsible for the gas. It holds 2.3 gallons.
**Please Read**Important: If you would like to opt out of returning the RV in the condition it was given to you, you may purchase the options for cleaning. If the options are not purchased and it is returned without being done, the amount will be taken from your security deposit.
Bring back propane tanks full.
Smoking any substance in the RV is strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of the entire deposit.
** NO USE OF Awning** We have a canopy that can be used.

Places to possibly visit: Yosemite National Park, Sunset State Beach, Big Sur and/or Montana de Oro State Beach. Angels Camp and Murphy’s. Wine Country is always beautiful. Place you may want to visit are: Napa Valley, Sonoma, Healdsburg and many more.

*All renters should have at least preferred insurance coverage.
*Bring your own bed linens and bath towels
*Please retract the awning and bring in the slide out before driving.
*Please only use the toilet paper provided.
* Make sure all outside storage/kitchen latches are closed and locked before driving.
*No paper towels down toilet or feminine products.

**Training: Before the start of your trip, it is required to complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV. This orientation will take about 1-2 hours, depending on any prior experience you have with a RV. It takes time to do a thorough and complete walkthrough, so please plan accordingly.
**Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.

We were blessed with an opportunity to buy a travel trailer, and we thought as we tired of waking up on the ground, many are as well. We had an amazing week with family at Lake McClure. This trailer is not only super cute, but it has absolutely everything needed for a week of camping. This means less stuff to pack and bring. Rebecca and Dean are super sweet and always respond quickly. They made the reservation process and trailer rental simple and quick. Their dog Grace is beautiful as well ❤️🐾. I hope to be able to rent from them again in the future.

Rebecca and Dean were very friendly and informative. They had lots of upgrade’s. Loved the “real” queen mattress and the vacuum! Air conditioner worked great in the hot Modesto weather! They were great! I’d rent from them again!
