The side & rear back-up cameras are combined w/radio. The driver can enjoy a comfortable captain’s chair w/lumbar support, tilt steering wheel, power mirrors, & cruise control. The passenger side dash workstation includes USB and 12-V plugs for the co-captain.Lots of storage under & throughout. Many of the storage & hookup compartments also have lighting which make evening and night set up easy. Water, sewage, electricity, cable connections are all clearly labeled & plug-n-play. A large awning extends and retracts with the touch of a button; & shades the exterior entertainment center including a 32” TV with speakers & remote control. The rear bedroom is on a slide to accommodate a King bed - private from the rest of the cabin by a sliding door. The dinette bed converts into a 42” x 73” bed that can comfortably hold 2 adults. Directly across from the dinette bed is the sofa which converts into a 40” x 66” bed. Over the cab is the 48” x 80” loft bunk with privacy curtain & ladder which also holds 1-2 adults.Kitchen & Dining
There’s a 2-door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 3-burner stove & oven, double sink, & plenty of counter space to prep meals. There is a pantry & storage space for pots, pans, dishes etc in the kitchen. The dinette holds 4 seated adults.Bathroom

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
For your convenience, a set up and drop off how-to is included in the rig. This is a pretty simple rig to operate because most things are automated on this motorhome.
Troubleshooting usually isn't that difficult on this model of Winnebago either.
One of the most common & challenging is a clogged black tank-- so please use RV, marine, or septic safe TP- 4 rolls are included in your rental. Please don't flush anything else down the toilet. A clogged black tank can cut a trip short.
Q.What are your RV pick up and return times?
A.
RV return is generally by 11 am PST. RV pick up or drop off is generally by 2 pm PST. Please contact host to make alternate arrangements.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Owner drop off/Pick Up location is available in an up to 35 mile radius from Monrovia, CA for $5 a mile, with a minimum DO/PU charge of $100.
If time of day flexibility is needed, please message to make arrangements. I can work with your schedule.
Q.What are your cleaning protocols?
A.
Our crew wears PPE for each cleaning before & after every rental. Solid surfaces are wiped down with a 10% minimum bleach solution (door handles, light switches, remote controls, seat belts, etc). Porous surfaces are sprayed with Lysol or similar disinfectant spray. Special attention is paid to the bathroom and kitchen. Dishes and linen are washed in a 10% bleach solution or Lysol laundry disinfectant. Floors are cleaned with 70% isopropyl alcohol. We stay current w/ CDC guidance.
