Our luxury, family friendly 2021 KZ Durango D290RLT is perfect for family vacations and can be your new home away from home!
It comes with modern laminate flooring, solid surface countertops, expansive windows, and a neutral color scheme to brighten the space. A warm fireplace and huge 70" flat screen TV provide the perfect living area to relax in after a long day of fun. Movie theater recliners offer relaxation everyone can enjoy! This fifth wheel is 34' long featuring three slide outs for ample space. There is a private queen bedroom with large dressers and two closets for storage space. The upstairs bathroom features a large shower, ample counter space, and a porcelain toilet for easy cleaning! Our kitchen has tons of counter space with a full size sink, refrigerator, microwave, large oven, and three burner gas stove along with a convenient pantry space finish off this fully stocked kitchen.
There are LED lights throughout the inside of the camper as well as Bluetooth or radio speakers and plenty of windows for natural light. Also, the camper includes 2 fully functioning air conditioning units as well as a propane furnace for colder nights.
Outside, there is a 19' automatic extending awning for the perfect entertaining space. The outdoor space includes outdoor speakers, lights, and massive outdoor storage space to fit anything you might need and more. There is an outdoor water shower near the door for particularly messy occasions.
Delivery and setup is available upon request.
We love pets! Pets of all sizes are allowed with a three dog limit. Failure to pay our $10/night pet fee may result on a forfeiture of your security deposit.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with mixing bowls, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, cooking utensils, and grilling utensils. Toilet paper will be supplied. Otherwise, please ensure all items used are cleaned and placed back in their designated places upon returning the camper to avoid an additional cleaning fee.
We are located just outside of Newnan, Georgia and are at an optimal location for many scenic vacations. Chattahoochee Bend State Park and West Point Lake are within 30 minutes. If you need suggestions planning your trip, please feel free to reach out!
