TrailerRental #209688

This single axle, 18 foot trailer sleeps an amazing 5 people in comfort with a large queen bed up front, two bunks in the back, and a convertible dinette. The Mallard is 8 ft wide, making it roomier than most without the complication and weight of slide outs. It allows that 6 footer to sleep without halving to fold yourself in half. The trailer pulls easy and tops out with cargo at just 4500lbs loaded. Towable by most mid size trucks, some SUV’s, and easily by any half ton truck. The Mallard M185 has a galley style kitchen that includes a double sink, extendable faucet, three burner cook stove, a two way refrigerator and freezer. The separate bathroom in the rear has a privacy door, a toilet, storage cabinet, and a tub with stand-up shower with hot and cold water. LED lighting keeps everything bright and shades pull down on the windows to keep everything private. A screen door and slide open windows keeps the air moving through on nice days. A thermostat controlled forced air heater keeps the chill away, even when boon docking. When the unit is using a properly sized generator or hooked up to electrical at a campground, the roof mounted air conditioner keeps it all cool. The unit also has a wall mounted 28” AC/12vDC tv with built in DVD player and a am/fm/cd/ Bluetooth stereo that plays on both indoor and outdoor speakers. There is an outside hot water shower for cleaning up after outdoor activities. A large awning provides ample shade and protection from the rain. The camper comes with all the necessary equipment for connecting to full or partial hook-up campsites, including 30 amp electrical cable, water hose, and sewer hose. Boon docking (non-hookup) camping is made simple with dual batteries, two 20 lb propane tanks, and optional equipment such as solar panels or a 2500 watt generator is available for rent, depending on your needs. An external propane connection allows you to hook up the included portable BBQ outside for great outdoor meals.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can meet at a predetermined point or even at your place if it's close and we can go over the trailer. Drop off time can may also be this way. We live in the mountains and can be a little intimidating.

Q.Why is there blocked out dates on the calendar?
A.
If you encounter dates that are blocked when checking availability, that is generally because we ourselves are using the camper, out of town and cannot accommodate pick up and drop off dates, or otherwise unavailable. However, if your rental needs would be of a longer term and the dates would encompass all the blocked dates, please send us a message.
