2021 Crossroads RV Sunset Trail Super Lite
2021 Crossroads Sunset Trail is perfect is cozy for up to 7 people. Fully stocked kitchen, big screen TV, fireplace, and plenty of seating. The bunkhouse is behind a separate door with its own 1/2 bath. There is more room in the master bedroom with a comfortable, memory-foam queen mattress. We added a rotating electric floor heater and air fryer for those who don't want to bother with propane. The ample shower gets really hot so watch out!This ready-to-travel trailer has a great outdoor kitchen with a propane grill, sink, and frig. We provide 2 beach chairs and an outdoor rug to complement the picnic table at your rented site. We'll hook you up completely - water, electric, sewer - when we bring the trailer to your site.Some of the nicer treatments included are wide screened sliding windows with blackout shades, indoor and outdoor speakers, wide sturdy steps with handrail, ample cupboard space for your favorite foods. We provide a french press with our favorite coffee, utensils, cooking supplies, plates, bowls, cups and mugs. There are 4 sets of towels and 2 beach towels. Three area rugs on the floor add to your comfort. There are cleaning supplies under the sink for your use.We kindly ask for no smoking inside our rig. We also ask that you only use toilet paper for septic systems so our tank doesn't clog. All of the supplies that you need are provided. It would be great if you leave this beautiful family trailer the way you found it. This bunkhouse trailer is perfect for your getaway.

A remote favorite is Lopez Lake Regional Campground where we rented a motorboat for fishing. Mustang Waterslides out there opens Memorial Day weekend. Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This trailer can connect to either 30 amp or 50 amp electrical service at the campground. The electrical cable and connectors are stored in the trailer.
We provide a water hose and filter to use that connects to the city connection outlet.
Rugged sewer hoses and their connectors are stored in the trailer for easy connection to the campground sewer outlet. We recommend that your watch a YouTube video about electric, water and sewage hook up if you have not done this before.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We offer the following options:
Option 1. We arrange for the drop off and pickup of the trailer at your site within 40 miles of the trailer location for a move fee. This includes connecting and disconnecting electric, water, and sewage hookup.
Option 2. You arrange to pick up and drop off the trailer at our location for no additional fee.
Option 3. If the trailer is stored at your preferred camp site, we'll have it ready for you to use for a smaller fee.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
It is a valuable tip to take photos of the trailer exterior and interior before you start.
Trailer Interior. We provide a checklist that walks you through the use of the trailer interior. This checklist also includes how we would like the trailer cleaned and packed up when you leave.
For rentals longer than 4 days, we have instructions for dumping the grey water and black water waste.
Trailer Exterior. YouTube has excellent videos for educational use on the Sunset Trails 331BH.
