We had the most amazing time!! We are RV newbies and Heather’s instruction book was so detailed, it made everything so easy. We will definitely be renting from her again when we come back to idaho!

This was our first time renting an RV and our family (two kids, aged 7 and 5-turning-6) was super excited. Heather was helpful and responsive every step of the way. She didn't even flinch when we bumped the top of the camper into a low-hanging branch! (Yikes). It was the perfect space for four of us to get close and visit a bunch of national parks (Mt Rainier was a favorite, but you can't beat the wildlife at Yellowstone). The rig was easy to use and provided us more than one spot for the girls to sleep (bunk above the driving space and table/benches that convert). Everything worked beautifully and allowed us to enjoy six different states and five different national parks over a course of just over 3 weeks. My advice to anyone looking into this long of a vacation is don't pack too much! Stopping to do laundry is not as difficult as it might seem. There are launderettes all over the place, and they are clean! Dispersed (dry) camping was a dream on the Oregon coast and we were even able to maneuver Seattle streets! The RV was great so as the owner, we are a family of 5 and it works out great for our trip there was enough space for us and the kids. Heather was amazing she was very flexible with the pick up and drop off time, she responded promptly with all my questions. We'll definitely rent this RV again.

Heather was a delight to rent from: she was friendly and thorough in the initial walk-through, and responded quickly to the few questions we had during our trip. The RV guidebook she prepared is well-organized and complete, also. The motorhome is clean and homey, there is plenty of cupboard space, and it was well-stocked with household supplies. We used the stovetop, microwave, and shower; everything worked well. The in-ceiling fan in the dining area was a real plus, and the queen size bed was very comfortable. We drove the RV to Ponderosa State Park (as shown in the picture) and it handled well on the road.

Rented this RV from Heather for a 4 day trip with my family of 5. Everything went smoothly and the family had a great time. This was my first time renting an RV and I was a little worried initially, but Heather was very easy to work with from beginning to end. Could not have asked for a better owner to rent from. She was prompt with replies to any questions I had. Not only would I’d rent this motorhome again, but I’d refer family and friends to rent from Heather as well.

This was our first time using Outdoorsy.com or even renting an RV. Heather made our experience great! She was amazingly responsive to our questions and made our approval process very easy. She seemed to always be available to answer questions. The RV was perfect - Well stocked and clean with a three-ring binder that answered all our questions.
