2013 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite
2013 Rockwood Mini-Lite; like brand new and super clean with a slide-out to make it more roomy for you and the family! With Vinyl Flooring, a dining area, TV with adjustable mount, and outdoor speakers with a canopy for those rainy days; it's got what you need to beat the rain or heat!
A lightweight generator is also available in case you don't have a power hook-up.
Don't have a truck that's good for towing? No problem, this is so "Lite", even your half ton can tow it! Dry weight of 3,500... Fully loaded (water, waste, & cargo), it sits at about 4,700 lbs. Sway Bar and Tow Hitch Provided!

Being a mid-size trailer, it's excellent for just about everywhere; from tailgating parties to wide open prairies, it'll fit just in just about any space.
We'd recommend finding a riverside space where you can park it, pull out the lawn chairs, and have a nice barbecue (and nap) next to the water on a hot, sunny day.
Lake Fronts are another great way to go, especially for the kids! (Perhaps Pearrygin Lake? Chelan?)
Maybe it's almost hunting season and you don't have a warm (or cool) place to stay? This is the perfect option with lockable storage and plenty of room for you and a few others who need to kick back after a long day of hiking it out.Other things to noteUnfortunately, we do allow other people to use this, so No Smoking is allowed...
Also No Festivals, as they usually go hand-in-hand with smoking.
We'd prefer that pets do not sleep in the trailer (i.e. please crate them), we do have renters with allergies and we can't risk losing renters over pet-dander/smell.
Do NOT take this on logging roads or poorly managed roads. We'd prefer to not have our vehicle get scraped to pieces by branches on narrow roads, or to go tumbling down a ravine because you thought "you could make it". Plus, you don't want to have to take the time to change a flat if you end up in the middle of nowhere. General Rule is: Treat it as your own and leave it better than you found it. Although we do have fresh linens, we require clients to bring their own pillows, blankets, etc. The trailer will be empty of all waste and potable water when you receive it, so if you plan on showering, you'll need to fill up before you travel. This also means you'll have to empty the waste before you return the trailer as well.
