What's includedSLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: The RV has a Double Bed & an over the cab, Queen Size bed. The drop down Lounge table, serves as a bed for a child. Fresh Linens, pillows, comfy cushions & towels providedOther FEATURE COMFORTS include: Shower/Toilet; Separate sink and over the sink cabinet for toiletries; Decent amount of inside storage space; Fridge & Freezer; Microwave; Three burner propane cook top; Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning.COMPLIMENTARY USE of: Coffee machine, 2 camping chairs, small foldable table, BBQ, Cutlery, Crockery & Basic cooking utensilsOther things to noteRV must be returned in the same condition as it was when picked up. Clean and damage free no exceptions! Or deposit will not be returned. Any damage to the RV caused by the renter are to be reported immediately to Kevin D’Costa and repaired at renters expense. Repairs must not be performed by renter.
(NOTE:) RV IS STRICTLY (NON SMOKING) IF CIGARETTE SMOKE SMELL IS DETECTED UPON RETURN, RENTER WILL HAVE TO FORFEIT FULL DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $1500

* Awnings On RV are the full responsibility of the renter. On return of RV, if there is any damage, renter will be required to fix, repair or replace at renters expense. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE AWNINGS OUT IN WINDY OR STORMY WEATHER OR LEAVE AWNINGS UNATTENDED AT ANYTIME. Do not hang or tie anything on awnings or let children play near.

* Please do not climb up the ladder at the rear of the RV.
* Please make sure to completely dump both the Grey water (sink-water) and Black water (sewer) Tanks before returning or a $100 Dumping Fee Will Apply.

As an RV owner, I thoroughly enjoyed the flexibility to be able to go on impromptu vacays and getaways with the kids when they were younger. the RV has also served me very well as my mobile office. I get to choose my view and work away on projects with no dearth for inspiration. The RV was carefully picked for its size, allows me to find parking spaces quite easily and it has a pretty sweet engine. Love it. I hope to share the joy and satisfaction I have receive and continue to do, with the next lucky renter!
