This was my first time renting an RV and using Outdoorsy. What a wonderful experience. Our host Luis was excellent. He was quick to answer our questions, provided us with a detailed overview of how everything works so we could go with peace of mind and enjoy our trip. The RV was clean and very comfortable and our 3 kids (10 year old twins and 13 year) had the best time of their lives traveling across the USA in this RV.
