My wife and I had never rented an RV before so we were looking for something that was both very comfortable yet no too large and therefore hard to drive. This RV van met our needs perfectly -- it is very easy to drive and small enough that we felt comfortable driving and parking it everywhere. It was really no different than driving my pick-up truck.
It was very well outfitted with a two-burner propane stove, propane heater, refrigerator, microwave, keurig, cell phone signal booster, a bathroom and shower and even a DVD player and TV. The RV came with unlimited free miles (the owner even paid our tolls!) which was great because we were driving from Boston all the way to Georgia and back.
Tracy gave us a thorough orientation when we picked up the RV and even sent us some video links to help us better understand how to operate it. She was nice enough to even put a high quality bicycle rack on the back at our request. She provided 24/7 "tech" support throughout our trip and quickly responded to any questions regarding the different features of the RV. She made both pick-up and drop off super easy. She even quickly mailed us back a couple of items that we had forgotten in the RV. Tracy is a very attentive owner and the van is high end. A great choice particularly if you are relatively new to RV'ing!
