The best experience with getting a van especially last minute. There was a couple issues that were fixed quickly on the fly and the company was communicative and were there every step of the way being half way across the country in different time zones. I couldn’t have asked for a better and seamless experience with the van and the company.

It was amazing! My band had the pleasure of renting it for the weekend and Mr. Micheal helped us through everything. The van was everything and more. We have never been on a tour bus and after riding this, we can't wait to rent it again. Everyone stayed well rested and I recommend this van to every band.

Michael was the perfect host. Took care of us in many ways and accommodated our odd schedule. The Van was perfect for our family of 6. Multiple beds, places to sit and laugh and room to spread out. Thank you Michael for helping us have the perfect vacation

Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, we found the vehicle to be dirty inside (Didn't look like it was wiped down well from previous rental), there were bugs splattered all over the windshield and side mirrors, and the air conditioning in the rear section of the van, where the bunk beds are located, was not working (not cooling the rear section). Also, the A/C in the front section (driver/passenger seats) kept cutting out during our trip and blowing warm air. Also, the TV didn't work *Couldn't connect to wi-fi; Wi-Fi didn't work *Couldn't get any internet or service; and PlayStation didn't work. During our drive home, it started raining hard and water started dripping from the ceiling between the two front seats and the passenger seat belt got soaked. This vehicle did not meet our expectations to say the least.
