We are conveniently located along side hwy 41 on the frontage road in Neenah, WI. We offer pick times Monday-Friday 1PM-4PM (we currently do NOT offer Saturday Pick ups) and drop off times Monday-Saturday between 9am-11am; we are closed Sundays and all Major Holidays therefore pick up and drop off times will be unavailable these days.

By signing below I agree to return the unit in the condition it left in; meaning the LP gas must be refilled, the exterior and interior of the unit must be cleaned (this includes cleaning the toilet, shower, sinks, fridge, etc.), the black and grey tanks have to be dumped, and any/all keys, water hose, sewer hose, 30F-15M adapter, water regulator, rented equipment included in the rental, all must be returned in good condition, or I will be charged to replace these items. If renting a motor home, the unit must also have a full tank of gas prior to returning. I understand that if I do not return the unit in the condition it left that I will be charged $67.50 for an exterior clean, $135 for an interior clean, $65 for dumping the Grey/Black Tanks, $45 for LP gas refill, $25 plus the cost of fuel to gas the vehicle. I understand that the unit is to remain smoke free and pet free; if the evidence of a pet or smoking is found in the unit upon return I agree to be charged a fee of $350 for special cleaning services. I agree to the terms listed throughout this contract and give Kunes Country RV Rentals, Inc. the authority to charge my card on file for any fees I may incur.

The $250 deposit is not refundable, however if cancelled before 14 days prior to the date of the rental reservation you will not owe any additional amount. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the rental reservation the entire reservation amount is then forfeited and a refund will not be given.

Leveling system was not working, front end shook the entire trip, seems to be an electrical issue in the cab wiring cab lights above doors do not work, and garmin shut off numerous times on the trip. The unit was cleaner when we returned it, than when we picked it up. Still enjoyed the trip very much. Would of been nice to have recieved a discount for all the issues.

First time renting a RV and it was fun trip.Tarah and all the staff at Kunes we’re super nice and accommodating.We had one little hiccup with the stairs in the RV but she responded quickly and that was solved.My family of 5 loved the camper and all the amenities. All in all I would rent from Kunes country RV again!
