This is the 2nd time we have rented an RV from NBOA. The first time was July of 2017. We had a great experience then as well. This time we actually rented 2 RV's from them for our camping trip. I only wish they still offered the RV we rented in 2017. That one was great! But the 2 we rented this time were enough, just the mstr bdrms had no extra room - very tiny. Very pleased with the entire process of working with NBOA to rent RV's. Absolutely no complaints with our reservation process and during our stay through to the deposit reimbursement or I should say the release of our security deposit. We are completely happy in our experience! & Thank you to NBOA for this smooth process!

We had a wonderful time, the RV air conditioning system in the front was not working and we called and the service call was taken care of quickly. Very happy with our stay.
