This was our second time to use this RV, great experience both times. The RV was clean and well equipped with high quality gear. Easy to set up and very comfortable. Appreciated the help at pickup and drop off connecting and disconnecting the RV from my vehicle. Very helpful and pleasant folks to deal with. Thanks!

Outdoor griddle is not connected and useless. Camper has roaches. Food crumbs all in cushions at table. No soap provided for cleaning. No mop. No container for water hose and filter. Container for sewage hose too small and only fit one hose not all of them. Walls of camper have heavy water damage. When you close slide water pours in from the AC. Used personal towels to soak up the water.

Ma’am, I know you’re upset that we charged the extra cleaning fee but please don’t lie. There’s a mop and bucket in the closet. There are both windex and fabuloso sprays under the sink. There are 2 hoses in their storage units in the back of the rv 50 foot each. You left the bed and bed sheets peed. You threw the sewage hose unclean inside the storage compartments that is right below the main bedroom. We had to clean sewage from the storage. You threw the clean water filter inside the bucket that had the black tank elbow. We only charged you $100 for having to clean your poop. We asked you at pickup if you needed help, and you said you had rented many rv’s before. You did not call at any time during the trip to let us know of any issues and you didn’t mention any of these when you dropped it off. We thoroughly clean the rv when it’s returned and again before any new trip. There are absolutely no roaches in our rv. This is the first time any of these issues have been mentioned.

Great hosts with great communication before and during the rental. Our rental was stationary at a state park and Julio was on time for both drop-off and pick-up. He was very thorough in his walkthrough of the RV at handoff. Would absolutely rent from them again!

My family and I had a great outdoor getaway. Everything that Julio and his wife provide it was perfect. Especially for a family that does not RV all the time. I highly recommend their RV and especially their great customer service.

We went from Houston Texas to Lincoln Nebraska, up to South Dakota where I proposed to my fiance in the Badlands National Park, then we drove to Wyoming and stayed 3 nights at Yellowstone national Park, the Trailer was amazing pulled like a dream even with my F-150 . Julio and Jessica were amazing, answered all questions we had and great adventure in their camper, wonderful host, highly recommend them as your RV host. We went over 4,300 miles with the camper and not one problem. They provided 2 five gallon cans of fuel for the generator and chain to lock it up with. Very happy with the experience.

Trailer was perfect for my family of 5. We really enjoyed the trailer was clean, easy to operate and the layout was perfect. Julio and Jessica were easy to work with and the trailer had a lot of small touch’s that made the trip even better for the family. They had a movies for the kids to relax with and games for the family to play. We had a blast!

Julio and Jessica were very pleasant to rent from. We had a couple of questions and they kindly answered the call as well as our questions. The RV is exceptionally clean and like new still. They meticulously maintain it and keep items organized. It is very well cared for and they are great about keeping it in tip top shape. They made the pick up and drop off very easy and flexible when needed.
We hope to rent from them in the near future.

What an amazing time.
The Happy Glamper family was so nice and understanding. The camper was in pristine condition and was perfect size for our family. We had it delivered and set up at Huntsville state park so all we had to do was relax and enjoy or mini vacation. If you are looking for a great camper for a great price look no further. From the first time we booked the whole process was seamless. I reached out with a few questions and Julio and Jessica were more than accommodating answering all my questions. Even let me come preview it to see what I may need to get prior to trip, which honestly came down to extra toilet paper (THAT WAS IT!) When I arrived for pick up the whole process was just as the first interaction. Theu explained in detail all the workings of the RV and where things were located, how to connect disconnect, etc. Very easy owner to work with and always there to help. RV was extremely well maintained and clean. All linens were in separate bags for piece of mind. My only drawback was that there was only 1 pan available (plenty of pots) to cook with, but so minor, it didn't really phase us. Being so close to us was a huge plus as well. Upon return of trailer again was so easy and I was in and out within a matter of 15 minutes after we walked it together. Would defiently rent from Julio and Jessica again and trailer was very spacious for our family of 4, even had another family traveling with us and their kids slept in it some nights as well. At one point we had 2 adults and 5 kids hanging out with room to spare. Setup and take down were easy a d allowed us to get on with doing whatever we wanted to do. Do yourself a favor and rent from these fine people and always know you will have piece of mind throughout your trip. Thank you Julio and Jessica.

Great experience. Julio and Jessica were very pleasant and accommodating. The RV was perfectly clean and well maintained. All the accessories were first class. They had upgraded to a new mattress to replace one that was mentioned in a previous post. The new mattress provided the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had!!! We will definitely be talking to Julio and Jessica again for our next trip.

This was our first RV rental experience. It went extremely well. The owners were great to work with on the front end ensuring that everything was ready. He came on site and set the RV up. All the comforts needed was at our disposal. It was perfect!!!
