Crawford Notch State Park is located in north-central New Hampshire, near the small community of Hart's Location. The nearest larger town is Conway, NH, which is around 30 miles to the southeast, while the nearest larger city is Portland, ME, at almost 90 miles to the southeast.

Crawford Notch State Park is located within the White Mountain National Forest. This also includes one of the tallest mountains in the Northeast, Mount Washington. The Saco River Camping Area is found nearby, in North Conway. This campground offers a playground for the kids and facilities such as a laundry room and bathrooms. Equipment rentals are also available here, such as bikes, kayaks, and canoes. Exploring the Area

When you book an RV in Carroll County, you will find yourself surrounded by scenic locations. The Conway Scenic Railroad is located in North Conway. Rides depart from here throughout the year. There are also plenty of spots to pull off and take a picture. This part of the country is known to be picturesque, especially during the fall months, when the leaf colors are peaking.
