About this RV

2019 Grand Design 311BHS that will comfortably sleep six but has room for more! Great for campgrounds, state parks, lakes, Fairgrounds, sporting events or park it in your driveway for visiting family. Our Grand Design is 37 feet from tip to tail, and dry weight is 11,200lbs. If you are picking it up, we recommend a ¾ ton truck to tow it and of course, a 5th wheel hitch. 60lbs of propane, 60gl fresh water. We can deliver and set it up for a small fee within 30 miles for free, If you would like it delivered and set up and it is over 100 miles, please contact us so we can discuss this further.

Our camper comes with one and a half baths, 2 Full-size beds (Bunk and tri-fold couch) and 1 Twin size bunk in the bunkhouse. One Queen bed in the “master “area located on the opposite end of the camper along with the full bathroom that includes a stand-up shower. The kitchen table area folds down and can be used as a bed. We would recommend smaller children if you wanted to use the Kitchen table area as a bed only due to the size.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go! Plenty of cups for those cold drinks, plates, silverware, coffee cups, Keurig, pots, pans, pressure cooker, crockpot along with many additional items. All cleaning supplies to include a vacuum are inside.

A flat-screen TV, surround sound system, and a DVD player. A fireplace, messaging heated recliners, and family-friendly movies. Enjoy music inside and out with the outdoor speakers that allow you to listen to music, the game, or even a family movie. A great way to spend time with family or escape from the hustle.

Burn Restriction? We have a portable propane campfire. It is not the same, but better than no campfire at all!

The camper has an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, and a Blackstone 17” griddle and a king cooker turkey fryer for you use.

Recommendations

Our rig as seen the Smokey Mountains, the beaches of South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, and our driveway for family members to stay in peace in a quiet during the holidays.

Other things to note

Ask about our flat-rates to selected locations. Flat-rates include delivery, setup, mileage, and tolls (if applicable).

Pets are generally allowed, extra-large breed i.e. Great Danes don't fit. Please contact before bringing your four-legged family member.

No Smoking, vaping allowed within the RV.

No illegal drug (according to federal law NOT state law) is allowed - NO EXCEPTIONS!

We had a great time is very clean and well appointed camper. The owners were so accommodating and even left us a very nice and useful camping gift basket. We would definitely recommend this unit and will be renting it again ourselves.
