2021 Keystone RV Cougar Half ton
We love our 2021 Cougar half ton. We hope you will too! Very homey, farmhouse style travel trailer with 2 doors. Rear kitchen offers more counter space. The pantry is large and there are lots of cabinets. There is a king-sized bed with a 4-inch mattress topper for comfort. Each side of the bed has a large end table under the clothes storage to charge your phones or sleep apnea machines. The bathroom has two entry doors and the bedroom has it's own door for privacy. The shower is circular and roomy, with cabinet for towels. The couch in the living area is a fold out bed and the dinette makes into a bed for a young child. We have power cords in the kitchen and dinette for phones, computers, etc.
It's a nice tow. It has an anti-sway control. Powered controlled awning with lights. Separate controls for the front jacks and rear jacks. It has a propane connector at the side of the trailer so you can use the trailer's propane to cook on a stove.
What's included
We have linens for the bed. The kitchen has dishes, silverware, pots and pans. There is a Keurig coffee machine, crock pot, toaster and a waffle iron. The kitchen is stocked. We stock paper plates, napkins, paper towels, kleenix and rv toilet paper for your use.
We have a Camp Chef 2 burner high output stove with a griddle attachment and a BBQ attachment you can rent. We have 2 camp chairs and a patio mat you can use. Collapsible trash can and lots of games.
Recommendations
We always love camping with full or partial hookups. it's nice to use the A/C (especially in the summer) and microwave.
We have a few favorites campgrounds close to home for a getaway.
*Flying Flags RV Resort in Buellton. Lots of amenities. Full hookups. Solvang and wine tasting all nearby.
*Pismo Coast RV Village. in Pismo beach. Full hookups. On the beach and close to the town. Lots to do and see. Great clam chowder. Morro Bay, Cayucos and Cambria close by.
* Ventura Ranch KOA. Santa Paula. Full and partial hookups. Great for kids. Very serene. They have wild peacocks that wander the campgrounds. Close to the small town of Santa Paula.
Other things to note
We have 3 three dogs, so your pets are welcome. No smoking in the trailer period. If you do smoke, make sure it is outside. When you are not hooked up to sewer, be aware of your water consumption. You will overflow the tanks. We use the bathrooms and showers at the campground and throw our dishwashing water outside of the trailer when we have no sewer.

Hi, we're Jim and Debbie Crawford. We are long time campers. There's nothing better than to find a great campsite and enjoy nature and just relax. we have 2 dogs who accompany us and they love to camp too. We love being with friends and family and telling stories around the campfire. We love the Central Coast and have stayed in Morro Bay, Pismo and Monterey. One of our more epic trips was to Monument Valley in Utah. We had a great time with our friends and the scenery is spectacular.
