We hope that our Rules, Terms & Conditions don't dissuade you from booking, our aim is to be transparent. We would sooner Renters see things upfront and have the opportunity to fully understand our Rules, Terms and Conditions beforehand, as opposed to being put on the spot when signing on pickup day. We sincerely hope that we will not need to apply any of the penalties listed below and are confident we won't have to, as long as Renters handback the motorhome as they picked it up and observe the following:

𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (20 rules in no particular order):
𝟏) Family bookings only, no Driver's under 25.
𝟐) Renters named on the booking reservation need to be present in person for pick-up or drop-off
𝟑) Renters are required to have RV Roadside Assistance
𝟒) We require Renters to be verified through Outdoorsy's "Driver Verification process" within 7 days of us accepting a booking request. If for some reason Outdoorsy decline you as a "Verified Driver", they will refund your deposit in full.
𝟓) Renters must always use a "Lookout Person" when reversing the motorhome. The "Rearview Camera" is only an additional aid and its functionality or accuracy should not be solely relied upon. Objects in the camera view may seem closer or further away than they actually are. The "Heads Up Windshield Speed Display" and the "Tire Pressure Monitoring System" are additional aids and their functionality and accuracy should not be solely relied upon.
𝟔) All occupants must wear seatbelts and remain seated while the motorhome is being driven. Babies and young children should be adequately restrained in age appropriate "Child Car Seats".
𝟕) Daily or as appropriate, Renters are required to check all the motorhome's tire pressures, fluid levels, oil levels and coolant levels and if necessary top these up.
𝟖) No consuming alcohol anywhere in the Motorhome when it is being driven.
𝟗) No climbing or sitting on the Motorhome Roof or Hood whatsoever. No entering into/sleeping in the cargo compartments whatsoever.
𝟏𝟎) No Towing allowed. Bike racks are allowed, but the "Rear-view Camera" view may be significantly obstructed.
𝟏𝟏) No Pets or Animals - A $750 fumigation penalty will be charged if there is any evidence whatsoever of pets or animals having been in the motorhome.
𝟏𝟐) No Smoking or Vaping of Any Substance - A $750 fumigation penalty will be charged if any Smoking or Vaping whatsoever, takes place in or near the motorhome
𝟏𝟑) Late Return Penalty – If the motorhome is handed back late on the day of return, a $25 penalty will be applied for each 15 minute period beyond the 11:00am return deadline.
𝟏𝟒) The Full Interior of the Motorhome must be handed back clean otherwise a minimum penalty of $100 will be applied.
𝟏𝟓) Waste Tanks on Handback – the motorhome should be handed back with the waste-tanks (both sewage and grey) empty (with the valves in the open position and tank cap removed), otherwise a $150 fee will be charged.
𝟏𝟔) Propane Tank on Handback - the motorhome should be handed back with the propane tank full, otherwise a refilling fee of $100 will be charged.
𝟏𝟕) IF we receive any Notices for (speeding tickets, parking fines, toll charges or any other violations, offences, incidents or charges etc) incurred during the Renter's period of rental, THEN we will charge the Renter an admin fee of $75 plus postage costs per Notice, for forwarding such paperwork to the Renter or relevant Authority.
𝟏𝟖) We reserve the right to reasonably cancel the rental booking IF Renters do not comply with all of our Rules, Terms and Conditions, OR if for some significant unforeseen reason, the motorhome is rendered unavailable. In the event of an Owner Cancellation the Renter will receive a full refund from Outdoorsy for any full days of the Rental Period remaining.
𝟏𝟗) Renters should allow at least 90 mins on the day of pickup for Signing Paperwork, a detailed RV Overview and Driver Orientation. Earliest pick-up is 11:00am on the day of pickup, so Renter's can arrive as early as 9:30am for the Paperwork, Overview and Orientation. Renters should also allow at least 30mins for handback the day of returning the motorhome.
𝟐𝟎) At the time of pickup, Renters will be required to show their valid Driving License., we retain a photocopy for record keeping. Renters will also be required to sign a hardcopy of our listing together with the Rules, Terms & Conditions.
