The owner dropped the trailer, and didn’t orient us about it at all. The trailer was dropped off with a black water tank that was 2/3 full. We were told not to shower in the bathroom so the owner didn’t have to empty the tanks. We were assured that towels and linens were provided. A few were provided but not for the sleeping capacity of the RV. The washer was locked in a closet and wasn’t available to use. All of the hanging closets were wire tied shut and not accessible. We had to go buy additional towels and no pillows were provided. We had to pay someone to come and pump the tanks. I was then going to let this go, but the owner called and accosted us because we stripped the sheets and bedding and left them in the bathroom which is standard operating procedure in most rentals. This guy is also a complete ass. When queried about the washing machine not being provided as the ad said he became belligerent and said he was going to come and pick it up the next morning if I didn’t like it. It was a place to sleep, but if you are looking for a nice camper and quality experience with renting, don’t pick this RV.

Perfect experience! The camper, the communication and the entire experience was top notch. We would gladly rent from again.
