My wife, 6yo daughter, and I had a great trip driving to the in-laws for the holidays. Piotr was very responsive, and the van is in nice shape. It was our first time in a camping van, and this was an easy way to try it out. We will do more trips like this in the future.A few things that aren't on the listing that may help future renters:
1. The stereo head unit has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay which was great. The sound was decent but only the front two passengers could hear it unless you crank the volume.
2. The van has 7gallons of potable water for the sink and a grey water tank that is under the sink. You empty and fill the tanks manually (there are no ports for water, shore power, or waste.)
3. The van has lithium-ion batteries that run the heater at night (which is separate from the engine heater you would use while driving), coolmax ceiling fan, electric fridge, and lights (Piotr said it will last for up to 2 days, but we never went that long before driving). The van's alternator recharges the batteries when driving. There is a battery level gauge, but it was kind of flakey. We never had an issue with power.
4. There are numerous 12vdc outlets (cigarette lighter type), some USB plugs, but no 120v AC outlets that you may need to charge other electronics. Bring an inverter if you need that type of power.
5. There is no toilet (not sure why it says there is on the listing).
6. The front 2 seats swivel around (with some coaxing).
7. It was very easy to drive and park. It has regular (not adaptive) cruise control.
8. We got about 14.5 mpg (mostly highway driving) and it takes regular 87 octane.
9. We didn't use the propane stove, but there was one in a drawer.
10. The bed was comfortable and fit the 3 of us easily. The heater kept us plenty warm even when it was freezing outside. We used the coolmax fan's automatic setting to move the air throughout the night.
11. The bench seat in the back has two seat belts but only the inside seat had anchors for my daughter's car seat.
12. The magnetic blackout shades were nice. Tip: they go white side facing out and those with a red tag on them are for the right side of the van. There aren't covers for the small windows on the bed level.
13. There wasn't an awning.
14. There wasn't an exterior bike rack (but we didn't ask or need one), but there was a 100mm mount that you could install to the floor on the interior to attach your front fork to.
15. We used hipcamp to find the 4 sites to sleep which worked out great.
