The Pioneer is a 31 foot toy hauler and camping trailer with lots of room for you and the family. She features a master bedroom with a queen bed and lots of storage, two fold up sofas that convert into twin beds or could be combined to a single queen. The sofas fold up to allow you to haul your bike, golf cart of other favorite toy. Kitchen features a 3 burner stove, oven and convection microwave. Camper has a power awning, tongue hitch electric stabilizers. Bathroom has an inside shower, sink and toilet. Dogs are welcome but must be approved by owner. The camper features an outside shower to clean up after playing on the beach or river. We hope you and your crew will have as much fun camping as we have

Baxter campground in Lampe MO is clean and beautiful with swimming access and fun activities for families. Its located on Table rock and has a long sloping gravel each entrance to the water for most campsites.
Bennett Springs State Park is another awesome campground with hiking trials throughout the park. It is home to a trout hatchery that stocks rainbow and brown trout daily.
Other things to note
NO Smoking or vaping in the camper.
We allow dogs with approval but no cats. A $75 cleaning fee will be assessed if the camper is not clean enough for the next renter. We offer delivery and set up at a fee.
We will provide you with weight distribution hitch and renter must purchase damage protection package . Brake controller is highly recommended. We advise that you check your vehicle's tow rating prior to booking the camper.
If having the camper delivered to a Campground or Park, a dump fee will not be necessary. When there is no dumpsite and the unit is being delivered and picked up a dump fee will be charged.
Messy penalty: Please clean up after yourself. A broom and multi purpose cleaner is provided. If the camper requires extensive cleaning an additional charge of $100 will be charged to the renter.

This was my family’s 1st experience RV “camping”. The RV itself met our needs, however I think the thing that I want to acknowledge is how responsive and helpful the owner, James, is.
