Unfortunately, this rental was not as represented. About 24 hours before our trip, the host informed us the original trailer had only a broken awning and oven door. We believed we would still receive that trailer, but arrived to find a different one without prior agreement. After discussing the situation, we waited about three hours for the original trailer to be delivered. Once it arrived, we discovered numerous undisclosed issues, including a broken slide-out, no running water, a non-working stove, inoperable refrigerators, a freezer that barely cooled, had not been cleaned from previous renters, a partially filled fresh water tank, nearly full waste tanks despite paying for dump service, and a missing propane connection for the outdoor grill. The host did make an effort to help and offered another trailer, but by then we had already adjusted our plans and chose not to switch again. My biggest concern was the lack of communication and the number of significant issues that weren’t disclosed before our trip. Overall, the experience caused unnecessary stress and did not meet the expectations set by the listing.

This RV was extremely dirty. There was a huge stain in mattress, the sink was dirty, there was spoiled milk in the refrigerator along with 2 jugs of juice. The floor was u swept. We requested for the host Simon to pick up the RV 1 hour after HE dropped it off however, he never showed until 4 days later and wouldn’t respond to ANY messages or calls. The sliders were broken which he stated while HE was setting it up. I contacted outdoorsy for a full refund and the host Simon would not respond but requested to keep the delivery fee. Also once he delivered it there was water all over which he blamed on the cleaners however, there was NEVER any cleaning done! I DO NOT recommend this host!
