Jeff saved our trip. We had a few logistical hiccups when we arrived in Sacramento but Jeff was able to pull some strings and make a trailer available for us. Very professional and great customer service. Highly recommend. We will rent from Jeff again.

Jeff was super easy and flexible to work with. Only had one small issue with the propane tank, but got it fixed and had a fantastic week. The Springdale was easy to tow with our F150, even with the strong wind we had on the drive back down I5. One thing to note : the rear/main bed is only full size, and is tight for two adults. Kitchen has a great layout for a small trailer, and separate fridge/freezer is a bonus. Oven is pretty true to temp, and we cooked multiple meals in it (lemon herb dill salmon, choco chip cookies, garlic bread, etc). Trailer has some basic kitchen stuff: coffee pot, saucepans, silverware, fry pans. Bring your own ovenware and mixing bowls if you need them. Overall a great trailer for our week to the Siskiyous for leaf peeping!

Jeff was very helpful and the RV was great. It does need a mattress topper for the sofa bed to create a bed more suitable for adults. You will want to confirm the pick up location as the address from Outdoorsy was I correct.
Finally, to no fault of Jeff, there’s a whole bunch of paper work signing that should be automated by Outdoorsy for both efficiency and to minimize contact. It takes FAR too long to pick up.

Jeff was amazing. The trailer was extremely clean and in excellent shape. Also rented a generator from Jeff that was remote start. I will definitely be renting from Jeff again.

We had a little trouble getting confirmation for an early pickup. However, Jeff did a quick turnaround for us and was really helpful during the walkthrough. He made sure we had what we needed to make our trip successful. The Springdale was in great condition and we had a fantastic time.
