This was the perfect RV for our weekend festival getaway. Lewis was an awesome host, super attentive and accommodating not to mention very knowledgeable about the RV. Would rent it again in a second!

Lewis is an excellent renter, and the RV is great! From start to finish of my trip Lewis was communicative and answered all of my questions. The RV is clean and well maintained and the neon lighting was a hit amongst other campers. I will definitely be renting from Lewis again!

We had an amazing experience with this motorhome! My friends and I took the vehicle to the desert for a festival and we are so glad we did! It was very easy and fun to drive. All of our equipment/and camping gear fits nicely and locks beneath the motorhome. It comes stocked with chairs, plates, utensils, cooking stuff, generator, grill (bbq), rug, blankets, towels, etc... Amenities include shower, toilet, refrigerator, generator, A/C unit, fans, microwave, toaster and oven, couches, beds, modern/funky lighting that totally sets the mood, drawer and closet space, cubbies for storage, plenty of ports for power charging phone/computers or other electronics, and more. We had the best time with this motorhome! One of the best things about this experience: the owners - These people are super cool and patient and took the time to show us how to use this motorhome and were always available to answer questions/ help. They are very reasonable and kind, all around great people and great experience with their motorhome. I will be renting again for sure!

I booked the RV to go camping with my family and it was the best decision. The RV is very comfortable for the family, comes with board games and kitchen utensils that were very useful and if you need sleeping bags they also provide them. The owner was very helpful and always available for any questions. Definitely i will book the RV again and i highly recommend his RV for any family vacation. Thank you again Lewis!

Wow. What a great ride! These ford V10 chassis are the best ride on the road. So easy to drive. You have to still pay attention to the breaks and use the gears on the long hills and watch your speed. I usually just switched the overdrive off and that was enough. Lewis is really a great host and has really gone out of his way to create a really great experience. Super attentive and helpful and really cares that you have a great experience. This thing really is made for the desert vibe. Can't wait to use it again!

**RENTER BEWARE**
I really hoped to have a better experience and be able to give a better review. But the brake failure was obviously a huge safety concern for myself and my family that could have cost us our lives.
Lewis is very nice and I would love to see this get resolved for future renters.
Upon first speaking with Lewis to get this rental, he was quite friendly and eager to rent for his first time as I was eager to rent from him and outdoorsy for the first time. The process online was simple. When I spoke to Lewis he informed me that he was available and able to rent to me, and we scheduled a time and date for pick up after I informed him that I would be traveling to Sky Park, an area for RVs with full hook ups. Lewis then informed me that the vehicle would have no problems with that trip. He also asked for an “insurance binder” from my insurance company. I arrived at Lewis’s business location which appeared to be some sort of warehouse or work yard to pick up the RV. The RV was not ready at the agreed upon time, which was no big deal I planned to pick up early anyways to give myself more time. The mechanical portion of the vehicle appeared fine. Lewis mentioned several times that the brakes had been replaced and were “brand new and in perfect working order”. However, the brakes did fail on the way home with my entire family inside. Fluids we fine, and no indicator lights on the dash. Much or if not all of the RV had been modified or customized on the inside everything appeared clean with no sign of smokers or other smells. Several amenities were provided which was very helpful along with a bbq grill, coffee pot, and dishes. The carbon monoxide detector was triggered several times after the engine was shut off which caused great concern but turned off once we got good air flow. Sky park has full hook ups so we did not need to use the generator. The generator was aftermarket and did not appear to work the was that Lewis intended it, but we had no need for it anyway. The leveling jacks on the vehicle do not work so we were unable to level the RV.
On our way home, after coming down the hill the brakes failed. Luckily we were no longer on the hill, and hadn’t got onto the freeway yet or it could have been fatal for us. I called Lewis to notify him, and he agreed by text that he would offer his truck to get us home. We opted to take a LYFT, and Lewis by text stated that he would pay for it and try to refund half of our trip cost and give us a next trip for free. Lewis then refused to honor the refunds with the cost and outdoorsy kept my security deposit. Dispute is still pending with Outdoorsy.

Lewis’s answer
This is Lewis the owner and I want everyone to know that my concern for Frank and his family was a huge priority from the initial contact specially since he has never rented an RV. I was very glad that no one was hurt and made sure everyone was being attended to. I immediately drove to Frank and did my best to accommodate him offering my 6 passenger dual cab full size truck but he refused. I did offer to pay for the lyft but after talking with Outdoorsy they mentioned it was not my obligation after offering my truck as an option. I did offer a free night not a complete free trip. I did offer earlier pick up since it was available and RV was ready. I did spend a great deal of time going over every detail with Frank on the how to's and operations of the RV. I even asked Frank to video the instructions God knows there's a lot to know about an RV. but I'm here to assist and answer all questions. Generator is an Onan brand a well know recognized brand and original (Frank's first time renter and not familiar). Open windows with motors running or firewood burning will trigger any detector please be aware of this. His security deposit was fully refunded in less than a month not my doing Outdoorsy decided to hold it that long. My wife and I went above and beyond to make sure Frank and his family were fully taken care of. Everything works perfectly on the RV.
