Other things to noteWe are so happy you chose Denton’s Best RV for your vacation! While on your trip, we'll make every effort to assist you with any issues you might need. Roadside assistance is available 24/7 for anything covered by their policy. DBRV answers messages between 8am-7pm. All communication is required to come through the website for documentation purposes.In the event that there's a maintenance issue that's not covered by roadside assistance, email us the issue you're having. If it's something our tech can walk you through over the phone, we'll have him reach out when possible. If our tech can’t resolve over the phone, we'll authorize you to ask or call ahead to your campsite for their preferred tech's info and schedule the tech at your convenience. They'll call us for payment.Also, during your trip, please clean up any spills (food or liquid) as they occur. Upon returning, remove all food from the refrigerator, dispose of any debris or garbage, and sweep up any debris, rocks/dirt.
