The RV was very clean and updated . The staff is all wonderful to work with and when we had an issue with the hot water they were out right away to fix it for us . The only thing I recommend is new mattresses . The ones that are currently in the RV are so thin that you basically sleep on the ply wood that is underneath .

Thank you so much! This was our first time staying in a camper and it was great. It was exactly what my twins and I needed while staying Cooperstown. I had some questions on more than one occasion (LOL!) and Campers To Go was VERY helpful and patient.

The delivery, setup and overview of the RV operation was excellent! The screen door latch was short and didn't latch. Also, we ran out of propane in the initial tank, and the second tank was also empty? A new tank was provided after a few hours. Otherwise, everything worked well.

I’m a little annoyed that the awning is always disconnected.
I’m an adult, not a teenager renting a camper. I know how to work and awning and when to put it away, plus If something breaks I’ll pay for it.

The RV was cute and clean, with the exception of the trash not being emptied from the prior renter. We had enough space for the 2 of us and the AC worked perfectly. Boy was that needed. My only suggestion is to request that a fact sheet or some sort of checklist to be left in the RV. We had to figure out how to "dump" the water and turn on the gas so we had hot water in the shower.

The camper was not secured properly. The entire camper would move, literally, when someone would roll over in their bed. Other than that, it was nice.

Yes I was very disappointed with the way the trailer looked when we first got there. The blinds were damaged on windows. It was kind of crazy to me that we had to bring our own pots and pans and plates and silverware and cups. I have a TV, it didn’t have a radio, it didn’t have a clock or an alarm clock you in it. We just rented a shell it was really nothing to it. They were very nice on the phone when I talk to them.

Hi Bob,I am very sorry to hear you had a 2 star experience with us. We always make it very clear with what the camper does and does not come with (especially the does not) to make sure you are prepared on arrival. In order to have fast transitions between rentals and to make sure our prices our competitive we have found over the last 10 years in the business that supplying silverware/televisions etc. is not feasible. In regards to the blinds, I am very sorry that your camper has bent/damaged blinds. As rental campers, they do get normal "bumps & bruises" as they are used frequently by renters like yourself each year. As a result, we are constantly updating our fleet and do not keep campers that are over 3 years old. Lastly, it makes me extremely happy you enjoyed our customer service over the phone. As a family owned business, we strive to make all of our customers as happy as possible. I hope you understand where we are coming from on all of the above and we appreciate your feedback. We hope you will give us another chance in the future if you ever have a need to rent a camper.

Rented a camper for my nephews wedding as I was coming in from out of town - everything was great with camper! My kids and I enjoyed it!
