About this RV

ICHI is the first of its kind. A fully functional, festival-ready, national park conquering, mileage devouring base camp, ready to get you where you need to go and be a badass while doing it. With all of its modern accessories, you won’t have to miss a thing (/#steventyler). Cooking ready. Sleeping for 3. With power left over to charge all of your devices which have obviously drained from all the rad selfies you’ve been taking.

You did it for the ‘gram. We understand.

ICHI (Japanese for 1) is the first campervan of our fleet! She is a 1992 Mitsubishi Delica Star Wagon 4x4 Turbo Diesel. This van is right hand drive, meaning the steering wheel is on the right side of the car as it originally spent its first 27 years in Japan! Don't let this intimidate you though, as it is easy to adapt to within the orientation session for rental.

Featuring seating for 2, you and a friend can hit the road with plenty of room and travel in comfort! The van is equipped with a rooftop tent (perfect for sleeping 2), a solar heated rooftop shower, 2 burner propane stove, portable electronic generator, camp dining table and a 12v cooler. Tons of storage space in the back for all backpacks, groceries, climbing/snow gear or any 4 legged friends that may be interested in coming along.

Renting the Delica was an awesome experience. The cars uniqueness made it fun to camp with. It’s was outfitted with latest gear. Nice size cooler fridge and goal zero power to power up the speakers and all your powering needs. Had a lot of compliments and nice conversation starter. Darren was great to work with and was flexible with the schedule. Looking forward to rent again

He picked us up at OAK and we drove to his flat where he gave us an overview of the van's details, and we were on our way. The right-hand-drive isn't difficult to get used to (though I turned the wipers on instead of the b…

We had such a blast!! This little car was amazing. It handles super well, it was fun to drive, and had all the bells and whistles that were needed. Loved the pop-up tent. Once you get it down it's super easy to deploy. Darin was lovely to interact with as well and was super responsive.

This van can go anywhere and do anything. I went fishing in the sierras and had an amazing time! Everything was in working order and no hiccups. Simple pick up and drop off. Would rent again!

Me and my girlfriend rented this great camper for the weekend trip for our 3rd year anniversary. It did a great job accommodating all of our needs. It was our first time doing wild camping and we fel in love with it.

- 4wd will get you anywhere you need. We spent one night at the beach and were able to get through the sand dunes unlike seeing some other trucks actually getting stuck in sand…
