Our Condo on Wheels Is Super Easy to Drive and Enjoy!!!
Alot Easier than the typical Class C with the overhead bunk. We highly recommend renting with us if you have a family or small group wanting to getaway. Again, it is easy to drive, spacious, and great for exploring. This RV is a perfect fit for families that enjoy attending outdoors and visiting some of nature’s great escapes! The new large awning provides lots of shade. There are 2 slides providing ample space to enjoy time together. There is a queen bed, full-size pull-out bed, and dinette conversion bed. We have 2 TVs and Bluetooth equipped speakers. The cooking space has a 3-burner stove, microwave/convection oven, double sink, freezer/fridge, and extra countertop space. There is also a shower and separate toilet. A Divider Curtain Between Bed/Living Room Area. Plus, a Windshield Cover for privacy and Much More.
RV runs on regular gas and is super easy to drive. Automatic leveling and backup camera. The Perfect Size for State and National Parks. Not too big and not too small. RV is a great size for 4-5 Adults. Dinette slides out to make it a nice size living space.
Sleeping arrangements are a Queen bed with a padded mattress cover, an ultra-soft sofa that converts into a bed. The dinette can be laid flat for additional sleeping. Extra thick padding for your comfort.
Includes Fresh Linens and a Comforter for the queen bed. Bath towels and wash cloths for 4 are included. You will need to bring linens for the other convertible beds if needed.
The RV will be clean and have a full gas tank and water tank when you pick it up. Please dump the Grey Tanks before returning. Please return with a full tank of gas.
Free gated parking available at our Storage and you're welcome to use while traveling.

-Dump it (Grey and Black Tanks) OR $100 Dumping Fee.
-Fuel it to FULL OR $100 fee plus fuel cost.
Vacuum and wipe ALL surfaces including fridge, microwave, and toilet, Leave all dirty linens in the Shower floor/pan. Please wash and put away all dishes.
Propane usage is included in the nightly fee.
Camper will be cleaned before every rental.
No Dogs or Cats are allowed in the camper.

Derrick was incredibly helpful during our referral of the rv. It was my first time driving one, and he was very patient the entire way. Spent about 40 minutes going over every detail of the rv and answering my questions. I texted and called a few times during the trip, he went out of his way to help with my questions. He was very patient with us, and had a great attitude. We would definitely rent from him again!
