All cooking and eating utensils are provided and shown in the pictures. 3 AC units, furnace, and electric fireplace will guarantee a comfortable climate year round. 1.5 bathrooms in seperate rooms makes it great for two sets of adults or a family set up.Outside chairs and table are provided for the number of guests.
