> Overall - this is an excellent camper van, and both the van (aka ‘Helen’) and owner Allie were wonderful and nothing but good vibes :) Allie was SO communicative and helpful throughout the entire rental and provided clear instructions and information about the various bells and whistles of the van. The van was so organized, came stocked with all the essentials and more, and made “camping” at a 5 day festival a breeze! The van was also surprisingly easy to drive, especially with the back up camera. Allie was so flexible and patient at pick up and drop off. My only note is that the sliding van door was very hard for me to close, particularly from the inside of the van (thus 4 stars for mechanical). It was not a huge deal because I was able to climb through driver cabin or have friends close it from the outside at night to ensure it locked. Thank you!! :)
